Yelp released a list of the top 25 Irish pubs in the U.S. and Canada, and a Seattle restaurant made the list.

No, this Washington pub isn’t in Ireland, but Yelp reviewers said it sure feels like it is.
Shawn O’Donnell’s American Grill and Irish Pub’s Fremont location in Seattle was recognized by Yelp as one of the top Irish pubs in the United States and Canada, coming in at No. 4.
Yelp released a list of the “25 pubs in the U.S. & Canada that make you feel like you’re in Ireland”on March 1, ahead of St. Patrick’s Day on March 17. To find the top 25 Irish pubs in the U.S. and Canada, Yelp said it identified businesses in the “Irish Pub” category. Those businesses were then ranked on the total volume and ratings of reviews, among other factors.

One reviewer said the restaurant feels like “stepping through a teleporter into Ireland.”
Others made similar comments.
“It made me feel like I was back in Dublin. It is the perfect place to down a couple pints with friends and catch up,” another reviewer wrote.
The family-owned restaurant is popular among reviewers for its corned beef and cabbage, chicken potpie and fish and chips, according to Yelp.
“Chicken pot pie: super creamy and delicious, love their interpretation of this dish and the croissant like bread they use was delicious,” a reviewer said.
The dinner menu also includes complimentary Irish soda bread as well as Irish whiskey mac and cheese and Guinness beef stew.
Irish whiskey and beer are also on the menu.
“The place just seems like a slice of home, whether it be the family eating dinner with their toddler as casually as if they had made dinner themselves or the patrons coming for a pint and some of the most delicious shepherds pie,” a reviewer said.
